Servers in Los Angeles (test IP: 199.71.213.2). yardvps/PhotonVPS/Psychz Networks — they have certainly been around for a while, although with yardvps you really get what you have paid for, i.e. most definitely unmanaged. Seems to have quite a few problems before. Just pick any previous offer posts and you’ll see them filled with generally negative comments. I might have been lucky, and had no problem with their Xen VPS when the plans first came out last November (only used for 2 months though).

They claim to have good connectivity to Asia Pacific. That could be a good thing, but could be the bane as well (with lots of customers across the Pacific taking over the bandwidth).
